Ian has a Masters Degree in Advanced Litigation from Nottingham Law School and a Law Degree from Sheffield Hallam University. He joined Irvings in 1998 and is now a Director and has been either a Partner or a Director for in excess of fifteen years.
Ian’s areas of expertise include all aspects of personal injury work, including fatal accidents, as well as heading up the Professional Negligence Department. Ian is supervising the running of the Data Breach Department and will play a lead role in the group actions.
Ian’s hobbies include spending time with his family, reading, supporting his favourite football club and walking his dogs.

Lee obtained a degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics at the University of York and then studied for two years at the College of Law, completing a Graduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course and qualified as a solicitor in November 2010. He has over 10 years litigation experience including obtaining compensation for personal injury, breach of personal data and negligently installed cavity wall insulation.
Lee likes to attend comedy and music gigs and the theatre. He is a keen quizzer and enjoys making trips to North Yorkshire to visit family.

Damien attended Queens University in Belfast, graduating in 2006 with Bachelor of Law Degree (Hons). His Legal Practice Certificate was obtained the following year from The College of Law in Chester. In 2008 he joined Irvings Law as a Trainee Solicitor and qualified in 2010.
Damien has developed extensive litigation experience over the years. This includes dealing with a wide variety of cases, including personal injury, data breach and professional negligence cases. Damien also heads up the housing disrepair department.
Damien has vast experience dealing with a wide variety of cases in these areas, ranging from lower value to more complex higher value cases.
In his spare time, Damien enjoys reading, going to the cinema and keeping fit. He likes to play football and go running. Damien also likes spending time with his young family and travelling. Damien is originally from Ireland, and he likes to go back and see his family there, when he gets the chance.
